Integra Group was co-founded by Zaki Cooper and Nick Loughran in 2021. We work for entrepreneurs, leaders, family offices, philanthropists, and businesses, who have a social purpose.
With 40 years of combined communications experience, including over a decade between them working for the Royal Family, Zaki and Nick build trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, leaders, family offices, philanthropists, and businesses, who have a social purpose.
Their knowledge, networks and ideas span business, politics, the media, international organisations and institutions, the charitable sector and faith communities.
Passionate, innovative and discreet, Integra has extensive experience of working with leaders and businesses at the highest levels, making us authoritative partners for clients with a desire to catalyse and accelerate positive change.
We are called Integra because we understand that reputation is integral to our clients; we seek to integrate communications into our activities and we are guided by the principle of integrity in our dealings.
Founders
Zaki Cooper, Director and Co-Founder
His recent background has been advising a range of leaders and family offices on communications, philanthropy and impact.
With over 20 years’ experience in communications, he has worked at Buckingham Palace on the Diamond Jubilee, for Sir Lloyd Dorfman, for Chief Rabbi Jonathan Sacks, as well as for large corporates.
He is a Trustee of two inter-faith charities and delivered a TEDx talk about inter-faith in 2019. He is also an Ambassador for MQ and was selected to serve on the FCO’s Diplomatic Excellence Panel and the Lord Mayor’s Leaders of Tomorrow programme.
He has written widely, including co-author of a book on cricket grounds, and numerous articles online and in newspapers.
He has a BA from Leeds University and an M Phil from Cambridge University.
Nick Loughran MVO, Director and Co-Founder
His background is working with leaders at the highest level, providing specialist communications advice for individuals, organisations and large-scale events.
He has worked at Kensington Palace for The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry and, as a Director at freuds, advised organisations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, international development agencies, multinational corporations, and private individuals.
He specialises in communications strategy, visible leadership and reputation management. He has also operated at global summits including the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos and the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
He has a BA from Durham University and was appointed a Member of the Royal Victorian Order in the New Year’s Honours List in 2017 for services to the Royal Family.

We offer communication strategy and implementation, as well as wider reputation management. This encompasses proactive and reactive media relations, which includes thought leadership, media relations and crisis communications.
Impact
We shape and support the causes and campaigns close to our clients, whether through their own private foundations, charities they support or may even Chair. The work includes advising on traditional philanthropy or social impact initiatives, thereby helping clients make a difference and contributing to their legacy.
Networks
Drawing on our extensive knowledge of public affairs, government, the NGO/ charity sector and other external fields, we help clients maximise their influence and engagement, driving action in the areas most relevant to them.
